Valta is a financial control and governance layer for autonomous software. It gives AI agents governed financial access through enforceable spending policies, wallet state, and a tamper-evident audit trail.

Valta authorizes and records spend decisions. USDC you deposit is credited to your Valta wallet and is not pooled or lent. Settlement happens on the payment rails (card via Paystack, USDC via Alchemy on Base). Valta is not a bank. Fiat withdrawals are not available yet.

You can set hard limits for an agent — per-transaction and daily spending caps, for example. Financial actions are evaluated against policy before they're allowed to proceed.

The action is blocked before execution, the relevant policy violation is recorded, and the event appears in the audit trail.

Valta is fully live — not a beta. The core path is production: create an agent, set a policy, spend or deny, freeze, audit. The free plan does not require a deposit. Paid plans and wallet deposits are optional. What's actually billed today: paid plan subscriptions (Builder, Startup, Enterprise) and any funds you choose to deposit into your own wallet. The Free plan itself costs nothing and needs no deposit.
